Podcast – Doctor Advice’ New Projects

Hello! I’m Dr. Greg Stanton. Today, we must discuss some advice about the flu, quarantine, and self-medication. The flu is a potentially contagious illness, which leads us to the first recommendation. Always carry a napkin or tissue to prevent the spreading of the virus when you sneeze. Try to isolate yourself as much as you can to avoid contact with other people. Flu should not be confused with a common cold. You must visit your doctor when you feel the following symptoms: headache, temperature above 38°C, shivers, and perhaps sore throat. Avoid medicating yourself. Always try to go to the doctor to make a better diagnosis for your illness. Take some vitamins all along the way and never forget to drink enough water. It’s your best ally!
